KVD-188X  Emergency Conversion Kit is suitable for normal or emergency lighting modes in LED constant-current luminaires, or for emergency lighting mode only.

This emergency lighting solution provides ‘charging’ and ‘discharging’ functions, utilising an intelligent IC control circuit with high conversion efficiency and compact battery capacity.

Compatible with both dimmable and non-dimmable LED luminaires, it features an externally mounted design. During mains power supply, the emergency power source remains in standby charging mode; upon full charge, it automatically enters self-maintenance mode to prolong battery lifespan.

Upon mains power interruption, the emergency driver activates the luminaire within 1 second, ensuring continuous operation for 1-3 hours.

Working Environment Attention

Working & storage temperature: -5℃–+60℃（Standard temperature 20℃-35℃ is best ）
To ensure a longer lifetime, an LED emergency battery is needed to be charged and discharged every 3 months.
If stored longer than 3 months in the warehouse, an emergency battery is needed to be charged and discharged every 3 months.
Our emergency batteries can be charged/discharged 500 cycles if used in the right way.
Please make sure the wire connection is correct before switching on for long time usage.
